The terms on which we admit you to the intensive and other sessions. By paying for a place you accept this document. If the first evening is not for you, write to us and we give the money back.
Who provides the service

Subject
We run online sessions and give access to the materials that go with them: breakdowns, checklists and recordings. What is included, the date and the length of each session are named on its page; paying means you accept what is written there.
We share our own experience of buying and running businesses. We do not provide educational services, we issue no certificates, and we are not a party to your deals.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the page of the session and includes every applicable fee. Payment is by bank card through the payment providers MamoPay and lava.top; your card details are handled by the provider, never reach us and are not stored here.
The company is not registered for VAT in the UAE, so no tax is shown separately in the invoice. If your country charges tax on the buyer, it is calculated on the payment provider's side.
Access
The link to the session and to the materials is sent to the address you gave when paying. Check that address: the letter goes exactly there, and a typo in it is the most common reason access does not arrive.
Access is personal. Passing links and materials to other people, publishing recordings or selling them is not allowed: in that case access is closed with no refund.
Getting your money back
Watch the first evening. If it is not for you, write to hello@ardorium.eu and we return the full amount. You do not have to explain why, and we will not argue with you.
Write to us before the second evening starts. The money goes back the same way it came, within 14 days of your letter; how long it then takes to appear on your side is up to your bank, not to us.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. By starting to watch a session before that period ends you agree to immediate performance — but our own promise above still stands in that case too.
What we do not promise
We promise no profit, no deal, no bank approval, and we guarantee no result. Everything we tell you is our experience and our observations; decisions about your money are yours to make.
We give no investment, legal or tax advice. Before a deal, talk to your own lawyer and tax adviser.
If something goes wrong
A session may be moved — then we write to you and offer either a new date or a refund, whichever you prefer. If a session did not happen through our fault, we return the money in full.
Law and disputes
The contract is governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Dubai — the place where the company is registered. This does not take away the consumer rights given to you by the law of the country where you live.
A dispute is settled by writing first: send a letter to hello@ardorium.eu, we answer on working days and look into it properly.
